This recipe is unbelievable easy and you won't beleive how delicious until you try it.
Ingredients:
Field Tomatoes
Peaches
1 Burrata
Caramelised Balsamic Dressing
Basil leaves
Olive Oil
Half the tomatoes then cut into thin wedges
Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone, then cut the peaches into thin wedges
Arrange the tomatoes and peach in a circle on the outer edge of a round plate, making sure each wedge overlaps the last one. Place the Burrata in the middle and drizzle the plate with olive oil then the Caramelised balsamic dressing and sprinkle with a few basil leaves.
Serve immediately by cutting open the burrata in front of you family and friends and letting it ooze out. Serve a little of each onto each plate.
