Simple, sweet and tangy baked chicken with just 6 glaze ingredients.

🧂 Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless)
- Salt and black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
🍊 Glaze:
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
👩🍳 Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C fan (or 220°C conventional).
- Lightly grease a baking dish and place in the chicken, skin side up. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix marmalade, mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spoon or brush half the glaze over the chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then brush with more glaze.
- Continue baking for another 15–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle with remaining glaze and serve hot.
