Believe it or not the Winter season is coming to a close and before we know it our shelves will be bursting with Spring & Summer produce.
- Sweet NT KP Mangoes are now in store and the price will steadily fall until peak crop in 4-5 weeks.
- Local Victorian Asparagus season is just starting with Gippsland growers now producing the first cut. Asparagus is always a welcome addition to any Spring meal and peak season should hit Sept/Oct.
- This week saw prices of Broccoli and Cauliflower firm a little but still very good value
- Tomatoes and Avocado are still exceptional value with small medium Gourmet Tomatoes @ $3.99 /kg and size 28 Gem Avocados still only $1 each
